Please fill out and bring completed to class the, "'Off-campus Application for Admission and Registration Form" - PDF. Bring the completed registration form and a check made out to "Alaska Pacific University" for payment ($80) to the 1st class on October 11. That's all! I'll bring the completed forms and payment to APU on Monday the 13th.
