Instructions:
Hold down
Shift and click/drag to zoom into a rectangular area.
When you are ready to select an area, click on the
"Start Drawing Polygon" button to begin drawing.
When drawing a polygon, each mouse click will add a vertex. Double click to add the final point of the polygon.
Click
"Start Over" to erase your polygon.
Click
"Submit" when you are satisfied with your area selection.
