Text Description:
Maximum thickness of 7 cm. 8 to 9 m below surface in black, organic-rich silt with abundant rootlets. Light grey, discontinuous, repeats vertically. From Preece et al. (2011): pumice, rare blocky shards, and rare bubble-wall shards.
