Text Description:
3 to 5-cm-thick tephra layer that is 100 cm from the base of the 1912 Novarupta fallout layer. Pl>opx>cpx; opx:cpx = 2:1. Median diameter is 0.15 mm and maximum pumice length is 2 mm.
