EW0408-26JC56.96-136.43Praetorius, Summer Marine sediment core located in proximity to the Mount Edgecumbe Volcanic Field (MEVF). Core spans 18.2-13.5 ka and records 15 tephra layers in non-biotrubated sediments with high sedimentation rates of 100-800 cm/kyr. Upper 27 cm of core is bioturbated, making tephra layer detection difficult, but rhyolitic tephra shards are present in the upper 27 cm. Datum not specified, assumed to be NAD83.From 62-63 cm depth.UA2796Tephra FallCumulateGlass 58.42 1.4 14.76 9.36 0.17 4.76 6.07 4.11 0.9 10010761EMP9.36Cl=0.05; H2O=2.98EMP
