Sample of same flank lava flow as 88VS17 and 18. 1610’ asl. Fine-grained andesite with microphenocrysts of plagioclase, clinopyroxene, orthopyroxene and opaque oxides (10%, 0.4 x 0.1 mm) in a microcrystalline to hypocrystalline groundmass.
