Text Description: From a dike about 30 feet thick, forming a noticeable 'spire' jutting up from sediments on top of the ridge east of Knife Peak Volcano. The rock is greenish gray feldspar-hornblende andesite-porphyry. Relations in the vicinity suggest that it is an offshoot from a large laccolith to the north. References: ![]() |
