Text Description: Dacitic andesite agglutinate flow. Extensive single flow unit as much as 60 m thick with well-formed columnar joints and black glassy base. Rocks are gray to black and are mineralogically similar to unit Qdac, but contain very abundant inclusions of both vitric and lithic volcanic debris, apparently derived from a cone now largely destroyed. Near base, flow contains glacial boulders as much as 1 m in diameter. Source cone appears to have been in the Nabesna A-6 quadrangle 2 to 3 km west of the dacite cinder cone (Qdac).
