Text Description:
Weathered and fractured outcrop of Dome C at Finger Creek. Fine-grained, vesicular, holocrystalline, pilotaxitic, seriate to porphyritic with a matrix of feldspar, opaque and biotite. Plagioclase phenocrysts are up to 1.6 mm and zoned. Opaque phenocrysts are up to 0.2 mm.
